The Perley Barn is a customizeable venue that allows you to make your day all about you and what you want! This flex venue can accomodate small and large groups with options that fit your budget.
Whether you are planning a wedding, a graduation, a reception, a family reunion or other special events we can meet your needs.
Wedding Packages

Main Level Rental
Ideal for birthday parties, bridal showers and graduation. 3 hour rental period.
$250 -
Wedding Event
Exclusive access to barn & entire event center, includes exterior white tent. Max of 300 guests. Includes 2 overnight stays.
$5,000Packages include upper level of event center, including full kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably.
Additional Overnight Stay
Overnight stay at the event center additional $299/night
Check in times are 3pm, check out at 11am.
Food
You choose who you want to provide food for your event, we do not provide that or require any “minimums” here (we can provide a list of options too). So if you want a full sit down meal service, a buffet style meal or cater it yourself, it’s your choice.
Beverage
You can provide softdrinks and waters on your own.
Any alcohol on premise must be facilitated by the Perley Bar, they have the only liquor license in the city and can service this facility.
Decor
You can utilize a professional decorator for your special day or DIY.
Flowers
You can utilize any florist of your choosing.
Wedding Planner
It is highly suggested that you work with someone to help coordinate your event but not required.

8am-8pm includes main level event space, grounds, tables, and chairs. 24 hour cancellation required for refund.
$250 ( 3 hours) -
Apartment & Event Space
Check in 3pm, check out 11am. Includes main level event space, grounds, tables, chairs and upstairs apartment. Sleeps 10 comfortably. 24 hour cancellation required for refund.
$299/per day
